The scope of supply and services included the manufacture and delivery of membrane walls and a ring distributor. Of course, the disassembly and assembly of the components was also carried out by ETABO.
The ring distributor was dismantled using chain hoists. The new ring distributor was made in 4 parts and assembled one by one.

"Parts of the membrane wall were replaced successively with the installation of the new 8-ring. After completion of the welding work on the filling pieces, the pressure test was successfully completed today on schedule," says project manager Mathias Störmann.

„The site is now being cleared and the detailed planning and site preparation for the next boiler overhaul at one of our customers in Hamburg is entering the hot phase.“
