Electrode boiler systems

The use of electrode boilers makes it possible to quickly and efficiently convert electricity from the high-voltage grid from various energy sources into steam or hot water. The steam generated can be superheated and utilised as process steam with a wide range of parameters. Hot water is fed into the district heating systems for heat utilisation.

By utilising renewable energies, they generate CO2-neutral energy and make an important contribution to the energy transition.

As a general contractor, ETABO supplies you with complete electrode boiler systems, primarily for steam generation, whether integrated into your existing system or as a new greenfield construction. This is done in co-operation with a well-known European manufacturer of such boilers.

• Assistance with approval processes (building permit, § 18 BetrSichV)

• Plant engineering (process engineering, installation planning, implementation planning)

• Supply of all plant engineering components, such as electric boilers, steam superheaters, pumps, feed water treatment, dosing system, sampling station, fittings, instrumentation, pipework

• Planning and delivery of electrical equipment, such as transformer, switchgear, cables and routes

• Realisation of the interface to the higher-level process control technology

• Structural analysis, planning and delivery of steel construction, platforms, landings and stairs
